Refunds

In order for a refund, All orders may be cancelled prior to building. We cannot refund orders once we have sent an email confirmation to confirm your order is being built or if its been past 14 days. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds once your product has been built or no response has been given to confirm the order. Since all our products are custom made all sales are final.
