What to Expect When Your Crate Ships

Here’s what to expect as your crate moves through production and delivery:
Production Timeline
- Each crate is made to order.
- Please allow up to 4 weeks for production before shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
- Once your crate is complete, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery window.
- We ship via a third-party freight carrier. Once your crate reaches your region, the shipping company will call or email you directly to schedule a delivery time.
- Crates are delivered curbside on a pallet, with protective wood walls. The carrier will not bring the crate inside or unbox it for you. You will also be responsible for discarding the shipping materials.
Unboxing Instructions
- You’ll need two people to safely move the crate.
- A furniture dolly works great to roll the crate inside.
- Use a power drill with a Phillips bit to remove screws from the outer crate walls.
- Carefully remove the plastic wrap to avoid scratching your crate.
Tip: you can use a soft blanket underneath the crate to help slide it and to protect your floors.
If Your Crate Has Feet
- Inside the crate, you’ll find the feet and screws.
- Flip the crate gently onto its back (on foam or a blanket).
- Use the pre-drilled holes in each corner to attach the feet.
